We are but custodians endeavouring to nurture our garden as an organic wildlife friendly space.
Over the last few years we’ve planted a small orchard with a focus on cider apple varieties beneficial for us and wildlife!
We also hope to share some of our tips, tricks, triumphs and disasters.
Kate loves watercolours - painting nature, particularly birds. Mark loves playing the piano and has a particular passion for Rachmaninoff, Chopin and quite a few other classical composers, he also loves making sourdough bread.
We both love the whole process of making cider from nurturing specially chosen trees to harvesting, processing and drinking the golden nectar.
